Terms of Service
By creating an account, generating API keys, using Terminal QRIS, Payment Links, or integrating WistaPay into your systems, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts & eligibility
You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and API keys. We may suspend or restrict accounts that present risk, abuse, or legal concerns.
2. Services
WistaPay provides payment facilitation tools, including but not limited to merchant dashboards, QRIS terminal payments, shareable payment links, and API integration. Payment rails may rely on third-party processors and banking partners. Availability of a channel does not guarantee uninterrupted uptime or acceptance of every transaction.
- Settlements and status updates depend on processor confirmation (including webhooks).
- Unpaid or expired invoices do not create a claim to funds.
- Merchant balance is credited only after a payment is confirmed as successful.
3. Fees, balance & withdrawals
Applicable fees (including fixed and percentage components, if any) are disclosed in the product interface or commercial agreement. Withdrawals may require verification and are subject to review timelines, bank or crypto network delays, and platform rules.
4. Prohibited use
You may not use WistaPay to:
- Process illegal goods or services, fraud, or money laundering.
- Abuse rate limits, spam payment creation, or attempt to bypass security controls.
- Misrepresent the nature of a transaction to payers or partners.
- Reverse-engineer, disrupt, or attack platform infrastructure.
We may automatically or manually limit transaction creation (including temporary transaction blocks) when abuse patterns are detected, until cleared by operations.
5. Disclaimers & liability
Services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WistaPay is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or losses arising from processor outages, incorrect integration, or force majeure events. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
7. Contact
For questions about these Terms, contact the WistaPay support channel published on the official website or your account dashboard.
